WHAT IS CROSSFIT?
CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. We do not use equipment commonly used in traditional gyms, we use our own body weight movement, and use dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, rowers, bikes and more to make sure you are using a different muscle groups every day. Constantly varied. Functional movement.
To keep it simple, we coach you in movements that will assist you in your everyday life to help you live a healthier and more active life.
If you are new to CrossFit we offer 5 one on one training sessions to introduce you to the movements you will be doing in class.

Located in Peekskill, just minutes from Route 9 and the Bear Mountain Parkway, and just steps away from The Hudson River water front
Peekskill Strength CrossFit is conveniently located within The Atrium at Charles Point. The Husdon River Front and Factoria are located just across the street. Just a short drive from the surrounding towns of Croton on Hudson, Cold Spring, Garrison, Cortlandt Manor, Putnam Valley, Buchanan, Montrose, and Verplank, Peekskill Strength CrossFit is centrally located.
Our gym or is a former warehouse, with 30 ' ceilings and a garage door that allows the fresh air in and additional space outside of our = 2,500 square feet facility. We offer 2 bathrooms including a shower for our early morning commuters.
During nicer weather we are able to use the outdoor space for running and other functional work outs.
CrossFit Classes offer a small group setting that allow our coaches to modify the programming to each athlete's goals and abilities.
Our Classes are lead by one of our experienced and certified CrossFit Coaches. Each CrossFit class is one hour long and will include a warm up, strength or skill portion, and the Workout of the Day.
The flexible schedule of classes allow you to make getting to the gym a routine. CrossFit Classes offer .
Small Group Training
Whether you are joining us in our small group CrossFit Classes or have a small group of friends that you would like to train with, we can create the programming that is best for you to reach your goals.
Training in a small group setting creates accountability and the ability to focus on the goals that you choose.
Our CrossFit Classes also offer the small group setting with the support of the community.
If classes are not for you (yet) we offer Personal Training. Sessions will be tailored to fit what your preferences are and what goals you are trying to reach all while being able to fit into your schedule.
